Marcello is undoubtedly the beating heart of Yacht Stabilizers.
With his thirty years of experience in the nautical industry, he is the magician of both the technical and commercial areas.
Sales Manager, Project Manager
For him, no engine room or customer is too difficult. He always finds space! From the first project in 2010 to the over 140 installations carried out to date, Marcello has always had the role of supervisor and project manager.
Visionary, ahead of the times, attentive to updates and opportunities, it is also thanks to him that Seakeeper has had its exponential growth on the Italian market; among the first to understand and appreciate its infinite potential, he has always made sure to accompany sales and customer assistance with events and ideas that could make Yacht Stabilizers and its product known on the largest possible scale.
ELENA GUARASCIO
She has been working passionately in the pleasure boating industry for over 20 years. Her experience is now of the highest level. It is no coincidence that she is our associate and she contributed to the creation of Yacht Stabilizers srl.
Inside Sales Representative, Customer Support Specialist, Product Support Supervisor
With her degree from the School of Interpreters and perfect knowledge of 3 languages (English, German and French), Elena maintains commercial relationships with Italian and foreign customers, allowing Yacht Stabilizers to increasingly broaden its boundaries and knowledge. Our company imports a large quantity of goods from the USA every year and Elena is our contact for all imports.
She juggles perfectly in relationships with Customs, manages freight forwarders, organizes collections and shipments all over the world, always trying to optimize times for our customers. She is also specialized on a technical level and is the direct reference for the Product and Manager Service part of Seakeeper: she is always punctual and precise in managing guarantees and any possible issue that may arise. She is a true professional in the industry!
MELISSA GAGNESI
Since her arrival in the company, several years ago, Melissa has brought her youthful and organized streak to the workforce.

For years you she has been dealing with the after sales with particular attention to the guarantee and service part; the company management program on which all the data of a Seakeeper’s life are reported has no secrets for her and thanks to her it is constantly updated. Thanks to this, customers are carefully managed in the after-sales phase, with the organization of the services and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance. Her skills in managing the various social channels and that of being a perfect event organizer have officially made her an expert in these areas. No boatshow or event would be possible without her.
LORENZO PORCIANI
Lorenzo is the young but motivated director of the company: he actively collaborates in the administrative and management of Yacht Stabilizers.

Always present during new installations and a solid presence at boat shows where he builds fundamental relationships for the construction of new collaborations. He took part to the Seakeeper technical training to always stay up to date on the technical side and collaborates with the technicians in managing the spare parts warehouse.
